Job Description

- End-to-end client engagement journeys for corporate and high net worth clients of company’s Asset Management business
- Improve overall segment profitability and client satisfaction
- Customer segmentation: Identify, understand and target segments to develop appropriate strategies and communications for institutional clients and HNWI. Understand market and competitive landscape to develop best-in-class value proposition and differentiated services that would appeal to the specified segment
- Communication & Engagement: Develop and execute the communications strategy across all customer touch points, including EDM, events, and digital channels and ensure contextual and relevant messages are made available to customers at appropriate times. Optimize client communications to share insights, portfolio updates, and asset management solutions with clients.
- Analytics: Use a data-driven approach to understand client behavior, uncover opportunities for clients and drive decisioning process
- Conceptualize and develop business initiatives / campaigns to support growth of client relationships and business deliverables
- Collaborate with products, research, marketing teams to develop campaigns to engage clients and ensure that range of product, product features, product pricing and operational dynamics are meeting the needs of clients

Job Requirements

- Degree in marketing, finance, banking, business or a relevant discipline with 5 years’ experience in the Wealth Management industry
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong numeric and analysis skills
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of customer needs
- Experience in working cross-functionally to design solutions and campaigns for clients
- Self driven, demonstrate initiatives and result-oriented
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Fast learner, knowledge and passion for the crypto industry is a bonus
